Step 1: Logging in to Chathive

Welcome to Chathive! To get you up and running, we’ve made the login process as seamless as possible. There are two primary ways to access your new workspace. Follow the steps below to get started.

Option A: Via the invitation email (Recommended)

When your account is created, you will receive an official invitation email from our platform. This is the fastest way to set up your profile.

  1. Check your inbox: Look for an invitation email from Chathive (or BotHive) in your Outlook or preferred mail client.

    • Tip: Can’t find the email? Please check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Click the link: Click the unique link provided in the email. You will be redirected to the Chathive platform.

  3. Complete your profile: You will be asked to confirm your first name and last name.

  4. Accept terms: Review and approve the terms and conditions.

  5. You’re in! Your account is now active and ready for use.

If you haven't received an email or cannot find the link, you can log in directly through our web app using a secure access code.

  1. Navigate to the app: Go to chathive.app.

  2. Enter your email: Type in the email address associated with your account and click login.

  3. Check for your code: Chathive will automatically send a 6-digit verification code to your mailbox.

  4. Verify: Copy the code from your email, paste it into the login field in Chathive, and confirm.

  5. Access granted: You are now logged in and ready to work!

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Missing code? If the 6-digit code doesn't arrive within two minutes, try clicking "Resend Code" or check if your email address was typed correctly.

  • Need help? If neither method works, please reach out to your administrator or our support team for assistance.
