The Chrome Plugin

It is possible to install your AI assistant as a Chrome plugin, giving you access to your AI assistant on any Chrome website. To install it, you can either watch the video or follow the written step-by-step guide below.

Steps from video

1. Navigate to your ChatHive platform and open any project of your choice.

2. In the selected project, go to the Implementation tab

3. At the top of the page, you’ll see the option Use as Plugin. Click this to proceed with installing the Chrome plugin.

4. Follow the link to the Chrome Web Store and add the plugin as a Chrome extension.

5. Once the plugin is added, open it as a side panel in Chrome.

6. Use your ChatHive credentials to log in to the plugin.

7. Choose the project you wish to work on within the plugin.

This Chrome plugin enhances efficiency and saves time, especially for tasks such as responding to tickets.
